Nightlife

Please refer to our downloadable guide on the homepage for up to date information on places to eat and drink.

There is a wide choice of nightlife in the region, from staying on site in one of the restaurants or bars or heading into St Vlas, the marina or to Sunny beach.

St Vlas

There are many bars and restaurants in St Vlas mainly located around the main square or down at the Marina (Marina Diveni).

Down at the Marina, there is a row of restaurants plus several bars located right on the beach. The restaurants are of a very high standard and you may pay a little more than elsewhere in the area but the service and the quality of the food is second to none. The atmosphere down at the marina is very relaxed and is a great place to spend an evening admiring the yachts and how Bulgaria's rich spend their time.

The largest and busiest bar/club in St Vlas is 'Dance Club Brasilia-Beefeater' - this place is a restaurant, bar and nightclub all in one, open til 4am at the weekends and gets very busy. There is a small cover charge.

There are several other small bars in St Vlas and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. See out guide for more details.

Sunny Beach

Sunny Beach is the liveliest resort on the Black Sea coast with hundreds of bars and discos and restaurants.

There are four main large nightclubs: Orange, Lazur, Mania and Iceberg. Most have a small cover charge after 10pm.

All bars and clubs are generally open until the early hours.

Eating Out

St Vlas

There are several restaurants down at the Marina all of which serve fantastic food. 'The Old Mill' comes recommended - the food and the service is fantastic.

There are many restaurants around the main square in St Vlas, all very well priced, and cheaper than Sunny Beach.

Sunny Beach

Sunny Beach has hundreds of restaurants. The nearer you get to the centre and to the beach, the more you will pay but all venues are extremely cheap by Western Europe standards.

The most highly recommened restaurants are 'Condor' and 'DJanny' - both are huge, always packed and serve the most extensive menu's in Sunny Beach.

In the region, you can generally eat two courses with a bottle of wine for two people for 30 lev (£10 / 15 euro)
